After returning from executive session, the board approved recommendations from the Committee on Preschool Special Education. The approved items list three case numbers and classify each as Learning Disability with placements and services noted (consult teacher for ELA & Math for multiple cases, and specified related services such as occupational therapy, speech and counseling where applicable). The motion was made by Erin Seeley and seconded by Megan Bosc; it carried unanimously.
The board entered executive session at 7:23 PM to discuss personnel, CSE recommendations, a student discipline matter and collective negotiations, and exited at 8:14 PM. The vote to approve the CSE recommendations was the primary substantive formal action recorded after executive session.
