Snyder said stair treads are about "95% done," skylights are complete, bleacher replacement work is scheduled to begin March 16, elementary windows and bus garage heaters and doors are being addressed, playground pricing is under review, and the Blue Light System is "95% done." She also apologized to community members upset about the concession stand.
The Board heard that increased debt service stemming from the capital project will affect future budgets; the administration intends to submit the capital project by Dec. 2026 and pursue BOCES aid where eligible.
