Snyder said the elementary sidewalk payment is being held pending final review. Work at the bus garage is nearly set, with heater and doors to be finished; locker repairs are underway. Bleacher work was deferred until after the basketball season, skylight work is planned "over break," and elementary window and brick replacement projects are in the schedule. Snyder also said the district plans to level the tennis courts, and a wastewater meeting is scheduled for Nov. 18. She noted a recent data‑security review with NYSED and an ONC BOCES Board opening; shared‑services discussions with neighboring districts and a new cost‑effective climate survey were also mentioned.
