The Cherry Valley‑Springfield Central School District Board of Education unanimously approved its consent agenda during the Dec. 4 meeting, covering routine minutes, financial reports and several personnel items.
The consent agenda included RESOLUTION 1‑12‑2025 (approval of Nov. 6 minutes), RESOLUTION 2‑12‑2025 (acknowledgment of October financial reports), and RESOLUTION 3‑12‑2025 (acceptance of the 2025–2026 Tax Collector's Report). The board also approved RESOLUTION 4‑12‑2025, an amended special‑education agreement with Cobleskill‑Richmondville Central School for the 2025‑26 school year (Sept. 3, 2025–June 26, 2026), and several memoranda of agreement with the teachers' association regarding advisor positions and salary scheduling.
Board members Adrienne Haig and Megan Bosc moved and seconded the motion to approve the consent agenda; the motion carried unanimously. District Clerk Laura Carson recorded the approvals. The board later entered executive session to consider employment matters and adjourned at 8:41 PM.
