The motion to enter executive session was made by Mary LaPierre and seconded by Tim Howley; the board returned to regular session at 5:25 p.m.
The board’s stated purposes for the executive session were: (1) discussion of proposed or current litigation and (2) matters related to employment actions and student matters. No votes or personnel outcomes tied to those executive session discussions were recorded in the open minutes of this meeting; the board subsequently took a public action approving a Senior Class Advisor stipend after returning to open session.
