Gabrielle Muldon described nearly all academic supports being delivered within general education classrooms and said Navigator pilots responsible uses of AI "to reduce teacher workload and strengthen instruction." The petitioners also stated they have financial backing: a presenter said Navigator has "$18,000,000 in grant awards to fund our growth."
