Cheryl Plasz addressed the Spencer County Fiscal Court during public comment and asked the clerk to accept several documents into the official meeting record related to Tanglewood Drive.
"With your permission, I'd like them to be entered into the minutes," Plasz said, listing a bond summary, an inspection statement for the top part of the road, and a bill from Kentucky Paging Company. The presiding official acknowledged the request but noted that staff and the county attorney would need to be consulted before taking formal action to accept documents into the minutes.
