The Levelland ISD Board of Trustees approved the District Improvement Plan for 2024–25 after a presentation by Director of Curriculum & Special Programs Donna Pugh. The plan, which the Texas Education Agency requires districts to maintain, is designed to guide campus improvement plans and set district and campus performance objectives.
Donna Pugh explained that the plan is developed, reviewed and revised annually for the purpose of improving student performance and that each board must annually approve district and campus performance objectives. Trustee Brooke Obenhaus moved to approve the plan, Trustee Treva Potter seconded, and the motion passed unopposed.
The minutes record approval but do not attach the full plan text; the district’s administrative offices would maintain the full plan and any campus‑level documents derived from it.
