The Lockhart Independent School District Board of Trustees approved its business consent agenda during a regular meeting Oct. 28, 2024, voting 7-0 to adopt the 2024 Tax Roll Resolution, approve the 2024–25 district and campus improvement plans and authorize several budget amendments. Trustee Dr. Barbara Sanchez moved the motion, which Trustee Warren Burnett seconded.
The consent package also included approval of the Sept. 23, 2024 minutes, a review of the district's tax collection report and the quarterly investments report. The board recorded the vote as 7-0 and took no further action on the informational reports.
