The board also approved a three‑year extension of the graduation ceremony contract with the Credit Union of Texas Event Center, covering May 2026, May 2027 and May 2028. The consent agenda motion was made by Jason Jaynes, seconded by Marvin Bobo, and passed 6–0 with one member absent.
