Prestegaard reported the Finance committee discussed an IMRF early retirement incentive program and will review potential cost savings to the county. The board then moved (Prestegaard, second Ferguson) to pay all bills; the motion carried with ayes recorded from attending members.
Ryan said the Compliance/IT committee held its initial meeting and will meet with Public Safety at 4 p.m. Kerry Lovelass of Heart Technologies is expected at the March meeting to discuss network infrastructure and security vulnerabilities. Ferguson asked for updates from wind farm representatives about a sound study and the ADLS system; Cater said the new zoning administrator will reach out to them and the board should expect an update in April. The meeting adjourned at 6:23 p.m.
