Residents also raised concrete safety and infrastructure questions. Lisa Mulher asked who would evaluate projected increases in traffic on roads around the site, and Patrick Waldron asked how blasting would affect nearby gas lines. Town officials acknowledged those concerns and said technical studies, such as a DEC-requested traffic study, could be part of future review. The residents at the meeting numbered 16 in attendance, according to the minutes.
