"Motion was made by Mrs. Sells, seconded by Dr. Barker, to approve the Resolution and the Real Estate Sales Contract between the Lewisville Independent School District and the buyer of the 22.739 acres, more or less, of declared surplus property located on Wager Road in the Town of Flower Mound," the minutes state.
The board authorized the Superintendent or her designee to negotiate, finalize and execute the Real Estate Sales Contract and all documents necessary to consummate the sale, and authorized the Board President or her designee to sign the deed at closing. The motion carried 7–0. The minutes do not name the buyer or list a sale price.
