Lewisville ISD board adopts General, Child Nutrition and Debt Service budgets for 2024-25

Dr. Buddy Bonner moved, and Trustee Michelle Alkhatib seconded, to adopt the General Fund, Child Nutrition Fund, and Debt Service Fund budgets for the fiscal year ending Aug. 31, 2025; the motion carried unanimously (7-0).
Later the Board approved Budget Amendments 4 and 5 for the General Fund and Debt Service Fund, and also approved Administration's recommendation to review compensation at the close of the FY24 budget. "Motion carried unanimously (7-0)," the minutes record for both actions. The budgets and amendments provide the formal spending plans for the district's operating, nutrition, and debt-service activities for the coming fiscal year.
