St. Armand enables ALLPAID online water/sewer payments; receivables $93,407.38, 2.95% fee applies

The St. Armand Town Board on Oct. 16 recorded that the town's water and sewer receivables totaled $93,407.38 and authorized online payments through the ALLPAID credit‑card processor. Water and Sewer Clerk Barbara Darrah said the ALLPAID link is on the town website and thanked Essex County I.T. and the ALLPAID representative for assistance.
Darrah noted a 2.95% service fee applies to each transaction. The minutes state the first ALLPAID payment was completed by Supervisor Davina Thurston without problems. The board did not record any vote to adopt the payment vendor; the clerk announced the service is live and available to customers.
