During its Nov. 13 meeting the Town Board opened three bids for a new generator at the Highway Garage and voted to accept Greggor’s Plumbing, Heating & Electrical for $10,500 to install a 26 kW Kohler generator. Councilperson Sheridan Swinyer made the motion and Deputy Supervisor Karl Law seconded it; the roll‑call vote recorded four ayes and one abstention (Councilperson Donna Whitelaw online).
The board reviewed bids in public session before the motion. The action moves forward an equipment and resiliency upgrade for the Highway Department; the minutes do not record any contingency or modification to the selected bid.
