Councilperson Donna Whitelaw moved the resolution; Councilperson Sheridan Swinyer seconded. The measure passed by roll call with all members voting AYE. The minutes state the town qualified for the funds; the resolution directs the Supervisor to sign the contract agreement to accept and implement the NYSERDA award.
