The approvals were made by motion and each was recorded as "Motion carried" by the committee.
Committee members moved and seconded the budget actions as recorded in the minutes: Supervisor Thomas Wegner and Supervisor Jay Vander Weele were among the supervisors who made and seconded motions during the session. The committee also scheduled a Transportation Department budget meeting for Sept. 9, 2026, which Chairman Jacqueline Veldman was approved to attend.
