The training was aimed at ensuring commissioners follow statutory and local procedures when acting on applications.
Both Hopkins and Planning Director Sarah Carroll answered questions from commissioners and residents in attendance during a follow‑up Q&A. The training concluded before adjournment; commissioners then moved to the multi‑purpose room to continue with the scheduled training session.
