Donations recorded in the minutes included a $125 monetary donation from the Rotary Club of Marshall to Marshall High School for the MHS Rotary Interact Club, in-kind Chick-fil-A Marshall gift cards valued at $100 for attendance incentives, an art-supplies basket valued at $50 from the Michelson Museum for attendance incentives, and an in-kind contribution of practice and project materials valued at $2,500 from Wolford Welding LLC to the MHS Welding Program. "It was moved by Trustee Chase Palmer and seconded by Trustee Cathy Marshall to approve the consent agenda items as presented," the minutes state; the board voted 6-0 to approve the consent agenda.
The consent agenda also included approval of minutes from meetings on Oct. 3, Oct. 17 and Oct. 21, and acceptance of the district's October financial reports. The minutes show routine approval and record that the official minute book maintained by the district holds detailed supporting documents.
