MFISD presents 2024–25 district and campus improvement plans; board to consider approval in November
Summary
District and campus principals presented the 2024–25 District Improvement Plan and individual Campus Improvement Plans. Administration will recommend Board approval at the November meeting and post approved plans to the district website as required by law.
At the Oct. 21 meeting, Yarda Leflet presented the Marble Falls ISD 2024–25 District Improvement Plan and introduced campus principals who delivered their Campus Improvement Plans and areas of focus for the school year. Leflet told the Board that administration will recommend approval of the District and Campus Improvement Plans at the November board meeting.
The presentations outlined campus priorities for the year but the board took no action at the Oct. 21 meeting. Leflet said that once the trustees approve the plans, administration will post them to the district website in compliance with statutory posting requirements.
Board members asked questions about implementation timelines and monitoring; administration identified a progress-monitoring calendar that will accompany the HB3 goal recommendations in November.
