Town Administrator Gregory Faust told the Selectboard he had updated the Procurement Policy based on input from board members and that the final draft will be presented for a third reading and adoption at the next meeting. On the Personnel Policy, Faust said several edits and statute-required sections were added; he explained new language clarifying the option of receiving either overtime or comp time where allowable and noted that drug- and alcohol-testing provisions were included.
Selectboard member Joel Bouvier asked for clarification on comp-time calculations and Michelle Perlee said she would meet with the Town Administrator to discuss some language. No formal adoption took place; both documents remain under review and staff were asked to circulate drafts to affected employees.
