Russ Johnson moved to accept the agreement and Kevin Taylor seconded; the motion passed 7–0 with Corbett Boone, Russ Johnson, Denny Kramer, Jason Lavender, Tyler Stewart, Kevin Taylor and Mary Timmons recorded as voting "Yea." The board had listed consultation with an attorney and personnel matters under Texas Government Code Sec. 551.071 and Sec. 551.074 on the meeting agenda.
