Superintendent Dr. Walter Jackson delivered the invocation following the Pledge of Allegiance. The board opened the public comment period under the Texas Open Meetings Act; no members of the public spoke. The board then took up a single action item, approving the purchase of a Freightliner truck and warranty for the band trailer; the meeting adjourned at 12:11 PM.
