Resident urges council to act on hydrant testing and safety; council asks for MOU review

Dittman told council there is a 2015 SOP that was never signed and that it lists the fire department for inspections but appears outdated; council asked staff to follow up and provide clarity on responsibilities and any needed updates to procedures.
