Council asked staff to research previous minutes and the Commission to continue providing updates to the council.
Council Member Chris Anderson suggested establishing an application timeline policy to prevent long-inactive requests. The Council agreed to consult the City Attorney on procedure questions and to revisit the matter after further staff research.
