Board approves April minutes; meeting adjourned; July 14 date confirmed

At the May 12 meeting the Saratoga Springs Library Board approved the minutes of April 14, 2026. Michael Hinckley moved to approve the minutes and Stacy Taylor seconded; the motion carried 5-0 with Meredith Sager, Michael Hinckley, Stacy Taylor, Trevyn Sagucio and Todd Carpenter voting yes.
Later in the meeting Todd Carpenter moved to adjourn; Stacy Taylor seconded. The motion passed unanimously, 5-0, and the meeting adjourned at 7:02 p.m. The board also noted that an agenda item listing a June meeting date was incorrect; the next meeting is scheduled for July 14, 2026.
