St. Armand special meeting adjourns after procedural business; minutes certified

The minutes record that board members present were Supervisor Davina Thurston and Councilperson JP O’Neil; Deputy Supervisor Karl Law and Councilpersons Donna Whitelaw and Sheridan Swinyer were excused. No guests were recorded.
Supervisor Thurston made a motion to adjourn the Special Board Meeting; Councilperson JP O’Neil seconded the motion and the special meeting adjourned at 6:33 p.m. The official minutes were certified by Town Clerk Shauna Manning, who recorded that the special board meeting minutes were approved by the Town Board on Nov. 13, 2024.
The minutes also state that public notice of the meeting was published and posted in the Adirondack Daily Enterprise.
