St. Armand board reviews 2025 budget, defers records-management pay decision until full board present

The Town of St. Armand used its Oct. 9 meeting as the second 2025 budget work session, reviewing General Funds (A and B), Highway DA and DB, Fire Protection and the Rockledge Water District. Board members examined salary requests and individual pay-increase proposals as part of the review.
At the board’s request, Supervisor called Records Management manager Barbara Darrah to provide information the board had requested at its Oct. 2 meeting about a proposed pay increase. After Darrah’s presentation, the board “decided to wait until next meeting when all board members are present, for the decision to be made,” according to the minutes. The meeting closed at 7:25 p.m.; the board thanked the supervisor for her work on the tentative 2025 budget.
