Board tells Randall/Bridal applicants to provide missing stormwater, fire protection and financial documents

The Bridgton Planning Board reviewed the Randall and Bridal subdivision submissions for completeness and found multiple missing or unclear items. Board members flagged absent stormwater calculations (including phosphorus export), missing fire-protection documentation referenced in the application, inconsistent map/lot numbering, unclear buffer descriptions and the absence of demonstrated financial capacity. The board directed staff to send a completeness letter listing those items to the applicant.
Committee member Angie noted that fire-protection was marked "see attached" in the application but no attachment was present. Chair said the board would send the checklist of missing items through staff so the applicant can submit the required materials prior to a public hearing; the board did not open a substantive review in the applicant's absence.
