The Bridgton Planning Board voted to tentatively approve the Sweden Road subdivision subject to specified conditions after a recent site walk highlighted buffer and stone-wall concerns. The board listed conditions including submission of a driveway permit, staking or pinning of stormwater/perimeter buffers on plans, and inclusion of stone-wall preservation in the written findings rather than a loose condition.
Chair summarized the required documentation and called the motion: "I'd accept the motion to tentatively approve the Sweden Road subdivision with the conditions of a driveway permit, and that the buffers will be state," the chair said before members voted. The motion, moved by Ms. Cook and seconded by Ms. DiPietro, passed 5–0. The board noted that required technical items (driveway permit, buffer pins, and financial capacity) must be received before final approval is issued.
