Board members accepted a motion to approve the final subdivision with the amended findings of fact and conclusions of law; Ms. Cook moved and Ms. DiPietro seconded. The chair directed staff (Laura Lee) to produce a clean, signed copy of the findings after correcting redline items. The approval included conditions and waivers noted in the findings related to landscaping and hydrogeology documentation.
