Staff described the project as under 3,000 linear feet of lining focused on regions 1–3 and said the estimate “is at $187,400 right now” with a $198,000 limit; staff added region 4 was removed from the scope pending bid results and the project is expected to be complete by the end of April. Council members asked about which neighborhoods are included (staff described the coverage as the lower parts of town and the east side).
