Hilliard council approves ordinance to vacate alleys near North Hilliard Terrace

The Hilliard Town Council on July 2 adopted Ordinance No. 2026-01 to vacate specified public right-of-way and alley blocks (68, 69 and 71) within and adjacent to "North Hilliard Terrace." Mayor John P. Beasley opened the public hearing and the council moved immediately to action.
Council Pro Tem Lee Pickett moved to adopt the ordinance; Council President Kenny Sims seconded.
