At the July 27 meeting the board approved a $40,000 intra-departmental transfer from the Sheriff's Personal Service line to Jail Personal Service. The motion was made by Ray Watts and seconded by Jim Rogers and passed by unanimous vote.
Commissioners also approved payment of several FY25/26 purchase orders with FY26/27 funds (including PO#406 to Datamax for $108.75, PO#390 to Sallisaw Lumber for $214.62 and PO#84 to Sam's Club for $309.07). Blanket purchase orders were presented and approved, claims were reviewed and approved, and the board appointed Julie Haywood as requisitioning agent and Sandy Moss and Lexie Haning as receiving agents for the County Clerk's Office. The minutes show motions and unanimous votes for these routine administrative and finance items.
