The Finance/Operations Committee of the Lubbock Independent School District Board of Trustees convened at 7:30 AM on Sept. 24, 2025 in the Board Conference Room at 1628 19th St. Board members in attendance included Ryan Curry, Nancy Sharp, Beth Berridge and Mary Ann Lawson; LISD administration present included Dr. Kathy Rollo, Rick Rodriguez, Dr. Dewayne Wilkins, Lisa Thompson and Nathan Shortes.
Committee business addressed risk management and payroll, a budget and audit update that reversed forecasted deficits, and a set of mid-cycle purchases and repairs; the committee entered an executive closed session and later reconvened before adjourning at 8:48 AM.
