Trustees discussed options: approve with conditions, postpone to allow the group to present, or require additional documentation and an insurance certificate before final approval.
The board did not take a final vote on the MOU at this meeting; members signaled willingness to consider it pending clarification on liability, term length and staff/resource commitments.
