The department also announced its fourth annual first‑responders event on Friday, Aug. 28, at the Delaware Valley Fire Company from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., with demonstrations (canine, fire, helicopter), giveaways and a collection for the Lord's Pantry. "This is a completely free event," the police representative said, encouraging residents to attend.
Supervisors thanked the department for the report and promoted community attendance, noting that the event both informs residents and supports local emergency-services engagement.
