Munday CISD reports: elementary 'A' rating, athletics and summer activities
Summary
Elementary campus reported another 'A' STAAR rating and summer-school catch-up; athletics and extracurricular events were noted, including a 7-on-7 game and upcoming volleyball in Vernon.
The elementary campus report, delivered in the agenda by Mrs. Bufkin, highlighted strong STAAR results and another campus 'A' rating: "Starr results- very good- another "A" rated school." She also said most students caught up with required hours during summer school.
Other administrative reports noted that secondary principal Mr. Mims was at a principal conference and that junior high summer school would not be held. Band director Mr. Brossette had no upcoming events and the Ag Science report by Mr. Evans was listed without detail. Coach Langston reported athletic activity including a last 7-on-7 game that night and upcoming volleyball and basketball events.
