The consent agenda also included acceptance of multiple donations: $1,500 from the Nacogdoches Rotary Club to purchase books for a book vending machine at Raguet Elementary; cookies and muffins from the Daughters of the American Revolution; and other in-kind gifts. Gifts and partnership items over $2,500 were approved as well, including identity and facility branding and a golf cart from BSN Sports for athletics. The board approved budget amendments, the investment report, and an updated list of federally funded vendors for 2024–25.
Rev. James Ervin moved to approve the consent agenda and James Montoya seconded; the motion passed (Yea: 6, Nay: 0, Absent: 1).
