Midway High to add Advanced Culinary Arts and Commercial Photography courses for 2026–27

The new Practicum in Engineering course was included and approved as part of the consent agenda.
District materials state these course changes will go into effect for the 2026–27 school year and are intended to expand career and technical education options for students. The board approved the consent agenda item covering the Practicum in Engineering course during the meeting; implementation planning and TEA reporting, if required, will be handled by administration.
