Alderperson Ethan Lartz moved to approve the pay application and Alderperson Justin Rausch seconded; the motion carried 4–0 with two members absent.
Council members said they would follow attorney Zeto’s guidance on the appropriate payer and ensure retainage procedures are followed until remaining restoration is complete.
