The Hilliard Town Council approved multiple capital-related payments during the June 4 meeting. The council approved payment to Phoenix Process Equipment Co. of $60,700.00 for a Wastewater Treatment Plant belt press; the item was marked capital-funded and budgeted at $60,000.
Council also approved payment of $4,800.00 to PQH Group for the Hurricane Shelter / Community Center project; staff noted the project is funded by a 100% FDEM grant at $5,890,200 and that PQH Group’s lump-sum contract is $572,000.
