Planning Board closes two public hearings and reserves decisions on Crescent Group and church applications

At the conclusion of each public hearing on Aug. 3 the Planning Board moved to close the record and reserve decision. For Item A (HPLN‑28, Crescent Group Realty), Chair called for a motion "to close the hearing and to reserve decision"; a motion was made by a board member identified as 'Ed' and seconded by a member identified as 'Jerry', and the Board voted 'Aye.' For Item 2 (HPLN‑35, proposed RCCG Prince of Peace Tabernacle), board member Julianne moved to close the hearing and reserve decision; the motion was seconded by Jerry and carried by voice vote. In both cases the Board left the record open for written comments and instructed staff to incorporate the commissioner’s memo and any outstanding plan revisions into their review.
No final approvals or denials were issued at the meeting; both matters were held for further staff review and deliberation.
