Townsend also described on‑site equipment and controls: the firm uses an electric forklift for most internal moves and a propane forklift in the loading bay, and said painting is hand‑rolled rather than sprayed so the applicant does not anticipate a need for spray booths or special exhaust beyond roof ventilation. The Board requested routing and schedule information to be finalized with the applicant and developer before a decision is issued.
