Board members raised operational and safety concerns about queuing and how multiple access points near the signal could interact with existing Home Depot and plaza traffic. The board also asked the applicant to confirm wetland delineation and 100‑foot buffer offsets where applicable and to provide refined plans for landscape buffers along property edges.
