Public works reports tree removals, bushes trimmed and other park maintenance

The staff member said the crew is compiling a tree-survey list and will obtain pricing for additional removals; Kelly completed a survey that is now awaiting cost estimates.
The chair flagged a tree by the football stadium entrance that appears to contain barbed wire. DPW agreed to inspect the tree and evaluate removal. The staff member warned that some edges have trip hazards and leftover material from a mulch pile that complicates mowing and repairs.
