Millsap ISD updates bank signers, authorizes new account signers

In the first banking motion, Jon Hartman moved to grant check-signing authority to William Harper Stewart, James Ray Steen Jr., and Debra Jo Meng; to retain Lori Beth Adkins and Heather Hester as signers; and to remove Rod Townsend and Janelle Grau from the signature card because they are no longer employed by the district. Ryan Shands seconded the motion; it carried 6–0.
In a related action, Daniele Clark moved to give William Harper Stewart, James Ray Steen Jr., and Debra Jo Meng check-signing authority and to give Lori Beth Adkins check-signing authority for Texas Regional Bank; Shelby Humphrey seconded. Motion carried 6–0. The board did not record additional accounting details in the minutes.
