Board approves site plan and HRB for 15 Lewis Avenue; staff to file pervious-pavement calculations

Staff and board members said that pervious-pavement calculations had been emailed by the applicant's representative and should be formally submitted to the building department. As one reviewer said, the calculations "demonstrate that" the pavement meets perviousness standards and should be included in the official filing. The planning board recorded conditions requiring coordinated architectural and engineering plans, submittal of stormwater calculations, compliance with zoning lighting standards and 50% replacement of trees removed or payment in lieu.
