Planning staff reported that multiple units in the phase are already occupied or under construction and that no objections were raised by neighbors. Commissioner Chad moved to grant secondary approval and the motion was seconded and carried on a voice vote. Staff said the developer will continue to follow the conditions identified during TAC review as construction proceeds.
